The product is a prototype developed for the Insurance business group,
TCS chennai. It facilitates the direct agents to perform their job
on - line. The product involves different phases such quote System,
Policy Issue, Claims Management, Policy Renewal, Policy Endorsement,
Policy Cancellation, & Agent Management.
I was Involved in the development of Quote, policy Renewal, Cancellation
and Agent Management as a programmer and claims management as a module leader.
